Built from conviction.
Kearvyn Arne founded thAIng to bring real intelligence, accountability, and execution into physical spaces. Alongside the platform, he leads Vynar Capital and is deploying thAIng across six units under development in Boston, completing by the end of 2026.
He is also developing the first AI building in Somerville, Massachusetts, next to Harvard and MIT, designed from the ground up to run on thAIng.
